He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police produced the victim’s statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, which contains serious allegations against the petitioner. He further submitted that, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is a strong possibility that he will tamper with the witnesses during their examination. Hence, the learned Government Advocate opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.As rightly contended by the learned Government Advocate, if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, there is a strong possibility of witness tampering during the examination of witnesses.
