Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 would submit that petitioner has filed this writ petition without challenging the order passed by the First Appellate Authority. He submits that when once the application is filed by the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short “Act of 2005”), petitioner is having efficacious remedy available under the Act of 2005 for redressal of his grievance. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other remedy available to petitioner under the law. 3.
