2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found to be in illegal transportation of one unit of river sand without any valid permit or license. Hence, the case.
3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that the petitioner has got twelve previous criminal antecedents. Hence, she opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), it is amply clear that whenever this Court granted liberty to the petitioner, he misused the same by committing similar offence. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
