TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J.(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the security amount of `5,54,000 withheld against the bills, Annexures P-2 to P-4, respectively, for the work of laying interlocking tiles at house of Jaswant Singh streets and adjoining streets, executed by the petitioner. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the security amount withheld against the aforesaid bills will be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
