The petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant and submits that he has been falsely implicated. No specific overt act has been attributed to him in the complaint. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. The petitioner appears to be the husband of the defacto complainant. Co-accused similarly circumstanced with the 2 petitioner have been granted anticipatory bail earlier. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Charge sheet has been submitted. His custodial interrogation is not required. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly this Court directs, in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Manesh Kumar Sarkar be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and subject to condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court on every date of hearing fixed by the learned trial Court The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.
