Vide order dated 20.02.2026 passed in CRMP No. 3216/2025, the petition was allowed and CRMP No. 1824/2022 was restored to its original number, subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority within one week, but the same has not been deposited within the stipulated time. Hence, this petition. 5. Accordingly, the CRMP is allowed, subject to the payment of a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority within seven days from today.
