No.192 of 2024 on the file of Principal Civil Court (Junior Division), Bapatla, so that the said suit can be decided in a time-bound manner.

Learned counsel for respondents, while referring to communication dated 15.06.2026, from Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bapatla, submitted that as the record could not be traced out, the same has been reconstructed after following due procedure and that O.S. No.192 of 2024 is now listed on 29.06.2026 for appearance of both parties. It is submitted that in view of above, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous.

3. It is also pointed out by learned counsel for respondents at this stage that vide order dated 06.04.2026, passed in W.P. No.20916 of 2024, it has been directed that O.S. No.192 of 2024 would be disposed of on a priority basis within a reasonable time and not later than six months from the said date.

Learned counsel for petitioners is unable to deny that this writ petition is rendered infructuous in the given facts and circumstances.
5. Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
