Considering the fact that the execution petition has been pending from the year 2019, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of EP.No.5 of 2019 in LAOP.No. 455 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed.
