1. Heard Sri Aqeel Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. The sole prayer made in the instant writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the application dated 24.02.2026 preferred by the petitioner under the provisions of Section 67-A of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is stated to be pending to be decided within the time bound period.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents has not objection to the above prayer.
4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 24.02.2026 of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order alongwith self-attested copy of the writ petition. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed its opinion on the merits of the case and the respondents are free to adjudicate the same as per law.
