Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner seeks to challenge the recruitment process for the candidate of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (hereinafter referred to as ‘ANM’), which was initiated sometime in 1989. The petitioner, though empanelled, was not recruited as persons above her in the panel had got employment. The petitioner’s turn, even though empanelled, did not come. 3. The petitioner is also challenging the appointment of the respondent no. 10 who admittedly was empanelled with better marks than the petitioner. The respondent no. 10 is presently working with the respondent no. 6. The respondent no. 6 is represented and has never questioned the respondent no. 10’s application or the documents relied upon by her. The petitioner after almost 37 years has presently approached this court alleging that the documents of the respondent no. 10 were forged and fabricated. 2 4. This bare allegation without any documents to substantiate the same, is nothing more than an opportunist litigant approaching the court. 5. The writ petition is bereft of any substantiation that the respondent no. 10 relied upon forged or fabricated documents to obtain her recommendation and appointment. 6. In the circumstances afore-stated, WPA 17378 of 2026 fails and is accordingly, dismissed. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
