Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that she has not been considered for the post of Trainee Reserve in the Medical Technologist (Lab.) Grade-III. Her request for consideration has been rejected on June 24, 2026, in a summary manner, which was forwarded to the petitioner on July 8, 2026. 3. The rejection order of June 24, 2026 has not been communicated to the petitioner, nor is it on record in this proceeding. The communication of July 8, 2026 has been challenged, which is bare, bereft of reasoning and bereft of any consideration of the petitioner’s case. In the circumstances, the order/communication of July 8, 2026 cannot be 2 sustained. The said order/communication of July 8, 2026 is set aside. 4. The respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated June 8, 2026 and June 24, 2026 afresh. Respondent no. 2 will give a hearing to the petitioner with adequate prior notice and the petitioner will be entitled to disclose any document in support of her case. 5. The entire process of giving a hearing and passing a reasoned order will be completed by September 10, 2026 and the resultant order be communicated to the petitioner by September 15, 2026. If found eligible, respondent no. 2, through the respondent no. 5, will forward such recommendation in favour of the petitioner to the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by two weeks from the date of passing of such order. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. There will be no order as to costs. 8.
