She further informs that today, the petitioner has approached the office of the Treasury Officer, Banka, and it has been informed by the Treasury Officer, Banka that the entire amount of retiral benefits under different heads
Patna High Court CWJC No.7764 of 2026(4) dt.18-08-2026 2/2 will be credited into the bank account of the petitioner today.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that petitioner had gone to Ranchi for some urgent work and today he will put his signature as required by the Treasury Officer, Banka.
3. The Treasury Officer, Banka must not delay further for any other reason forcing this Court to initiate appropriate proceeding against him.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
disposed of.
5. This Court appreciates Ms. Nikita Mittal for taking enormous effort to persuade the Treasury Officer to act in legal manner.
