Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with T.R Case No.18 of 2018 pending in the file of learned Special Judge Vigilance, Bhubaneswar arising out of Bhubaneswar Vigilance PS case No.37 of 2017 on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1 series. Recorded the submission of Mr. Rizvi, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. It is submitted that the petitioners should be allowed to go on bail. The Court finds that the petitioners have not been arrested during the investigation revealed from the chargesheet dated 30th December, 2017. Considering the above facts and submissions of learned counsels for the respective parties, this Court though not inclined to direct them to surrender before learned court below as they have been p. 2 summoned in the meantime for being released on bail with suitable conditions imposed. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned Special Judge Vigilance, Bhubaneswar within a fortnight from today, it is directed that they shall be released on bail in connection with T.R Case No.18 of 2018 corresponding to Bhubaneswar Vigilance PS case No.37 of 2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.40,000/- (rupees forty thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each with such other conditions imposed as deemed just and proper and in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
