Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be call for the records of the case for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner along with all consequential benefits from the date of initial appointment i.e. 27.04.2007. 10.3 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.”. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is working on the post of Sweeper (part time) since 27.04.2007 in the office of BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 respondent No.2. Petitioner thereafter had made an attempt to submit representation for her regularization, however, representation was not accepted, therefore, this writ petition is filed. 3. Learned State counsel submits that employment of petitioner in view of the pleadings made is not being disputed at this stage, however, the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that representation is not accepted by respondent No.2 is objected on the ground that no reason has been assigned and even copy of representation has not been placed on record, which petitioner, if any, tried to submit before the respondent No.2, therefore, such contention may not be correct. 4. Considering the nature of grievance raised in this petition and further considering that respondents authorities are yet to take decision on the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondents and if such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within period of six months from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
