INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the Attachment Notice dated 21st December, 2023 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.2 in respect of the schedule property. 2. Heard Sri. Poojappa J., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Sri. Kalayan Rao Shanker Rao Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1; and Sri. Yogesh D. Naik, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.2. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute that the petitioner is challenging the Attachment Notice dated 21st December, 2023 (Annexure-A) - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18432 WP NO.4769 OF 2024 issued by the respondent No.2. However, on perusal of the writ petition, the same would indicate that the original order/award passed by the competent authority has not been challenged by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, no relief could be granted to the petitioner at this juncture. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the original order/award, if so advised, before the competent authority, writ petition is dismissed.
