1. This is an application for anticipatory bail on apprehension of arrest in connection with Kotwali PS Case No. 348 of 2020 dated 3rd June 2020 under Sections 20(ii)(C)/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is disabled to the extent of 60 per cent; nothing has been recovered from him and, in fact, he is innocent.
3. He further submits that the petitioner is not FIR named accused person.

4. Mr. Luksom, the Learned Counsel for the State objected the bail application on the ground that the petitioner is an absconding one who could not be arrested, as mentioned in the charge-sheet.
5. I have heard the rival submissions. The charge- sheet has been filed.
6. The instant prosecution is pending since 2020.
7. The petitioner shall surrender before the Court and apply for regular bail. For next 15 days the petitioner shall not be arrested.
8. The instant application stands disposed of.
9. The report of the I.O. filed in Court today be kept in record.
