Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 239 days and is unnecessarily detained in custody. Additionally, it has been pointed out that the petitioner is an Army personnel, who has been foisted with the present criminal case with allegation of murder of his wife. Mr. Jha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail, as incriminating materials are appearing against the petitioner including the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1471 of 2026 is dismissed.
