The writ petitioner is the plaintiff in the partition suit. He obtained final decree in his favour in I.A.No.113 of 2015 in OS.No.64 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri. According to him, the decree has become final. He wants the same to be registered. 3. The third respondent is directed to register the document when the same is presented. The third respondent will not take a stand that it is being presented beyond the period of four months. The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
