Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested on August, 2025 and since then he is custody. Learned Advocate submits that petitioner is innocent of the charges and in unnecessarily languishing in jail. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that petitioner is the recipient of money at the third layer. Money claim reflects that a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/-(five lakhs) received by the petitioner initially 2 and so far as other investigations are concerned it reflects that another Rs. 24.99 lakhs have been received in account of the present petitioner. 3. Having considered the gravity of the offence and the offence which is a threat to the society along with the petitioner being in the chain in the offence of digital arrest being involved I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M (M) 1463 of 2026 is dismissed. 6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 7.
