Ravi Lal", bearing Sessions Case No. SC/29/2024 (earlier SC/157/2020, transferred from the Court of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Sangrur), arising out of FIR No. 91 dated 15.11.2019, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. was recorded on 06.02.2024, whereafter the case was fixed for defence evidence. She further submits that the petitioner does not intend to lead any defence evidence and, therefore, the trial may be directed to be concluded expeditiously.
