Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that by order dated 13/05/2026, petitioner’s services have been confirmed, after completion of probation with effect from 20/05/2007. 2. In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to make a representation for claiming consequential benefits, if any, by filing representation before the respondents/competent authority within four weeks from today and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, it will be decided by the respondents/competent authority within six weeks from the date of filing of the representation absolutely in accordance with law. 3.
