JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the order dated 12.03.2018 (Annexure-H) and the order dated 21.07.2022 (Annexure-K) passed by the respondent- authorities. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon careful consideration of the impugned orders, this Court finds that the respondent- authorities have effected the mutation entries in favour of the private respondents on the basis of the judgment and decree passed by the competent Civil Court. It is also not - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35632 WP No. 20786 of 2022 in dispute that O.S. No. 20/2013, instituted by the petitioners, came to be dismissed by judgment and decree dated 14.01.2016. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no interference is called for in the present writ petition, as the mutation entries are consequential to the judgment and decree passed by the competent Civil Court. 5. However, it is made clear that, in the event the petitioners succeed in any appeal preferred against the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No. 20/2013, it is open to the petitioners to approach the competent revenue authority for appropriate modification of the revenue entries in accordance with law.
