Present writ petition is filed seeking to quash the memo dated 27.09.2025 passed in MC No.118/2022 and the judgment dated 27.09.2025.
2. The office raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner had filed a writ petition instead of RPFC and
directed him to comply with the office objections.
3. The petitioner has not complied with the office objections. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. He has been directed to take appropriate steps against the said order.

4. It is stated that the petitioner is the husband. He had filed M.C. No. 118/2022 seeking dissolution of the marriage. During the pendency of the proceedings, both parties entered into a joint memo on 27.01.2025, and based on the said joint memo, their marriage was dissolved.
5. The petitioner contends that he had filed an application for withdrawal of the petition on 28.06.2025. However, according to him, the said application was not considered, and the marriage was nevertheless dissolved by the order dated 27.09.2025.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
