The petitioner has also submitted the final bills to the respondents. The petitioner has successfully completed construction of retaining walls, approaches on both sides of the Railway Under Bridge, and electrification works like street lighting for the Railway Under Bridge at Madhura Nagar under EPC system vide Agreement No. 24/2020-21 dated 29.08.2020. 2. It is submitted that the competent respondent authority has endorsed the quality of work completed by the petitioner and also issued a quality control certificate on 01.11.2023. The respondents are yet to release the bills due and payable to the petitioner. 3. Sri S.V.S.S. Siva Ram, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 4, on written instructions submits that the petitioner has completed the work entrusted. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been paid the earlier bills submitted, and a portion of the bill was submitted by the petitioner on 28.04.2026. It is further stated in the written instructions that the amounts due and payable to the petitioner shall be cleared as soon as the budget is sanctioned by the Government. 4. Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to verify and release the payments due and payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably 4 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
