In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for writ of mandamus directing the respondent NO.3 to consider the representation dated 04.11.2025 produced at Annexure- E to the writ petition. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject land was granted in favour of his father, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35624 WP No. 34539 of 2025 pursuant to the Grant Order bearing No. LND/RUO No. 4/1978-79. However, name of the his father or the petitioner is not entered in the revenue records. 4. In that view of the matter, respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representation dated 04.11.2025, produced as Annexure-E, after verifying the original records available in its office. Thereafter, respondent No. 3 shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
