What is challenged by the petitioner is a notice issued by respondent Nos.4 and 5 calling upon the petitioner to rectify certain issues, failing which, the work order would be terminated and fresh tender would be issued. The matter relates to termination of a work order, which cannot be considered in a writ petition. 5.
