Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3. The petitioner is the Sangam against whom a complaint was lodged by the 3rd respondent herein. Pursuant to the complaint filed, notices were issued on 05.08.2025, 03.09.2025, 26.09.2025, 17.02.2026 and 26.03.2026. However, the enquiry has not yet been completed in spite of the petitioner cooperating with the respondents 1 and 2. 4. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent who was removed from the society, is creating problems to the society. 5. In such event, if the 3rd respondent commits any illegal activities, it is left upon to the petitioner Sangam to approach the Police seeking appropriate action.
