2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1208 of 2017 corresponding to Trail No. 1118 of 2026 instituted under Sections 494A, 323, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 196.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State has pointed out to the learned Sessions Judge’s order to show that sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. already stands issued and further the allegation is of the year 2017 and he has moved before this Court nine years later.

4. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
5. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
