01. For formal defect in the writ petition, this Court allows the
learned counsel for the petitioner to have withdrawal of this writ petition and file a fresh one with impleadment of Criminal Investigation Department (CID), of the Union Territory of J&K, as co-respondent for the reasons being that the petitioner’s passport related process is supposed to have been held up at the end of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), as going by the tone and tenor of the averments made in para-5 of the writ petition.
02. In view of the above, the present petition is, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
