1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking the following reliefs:-
“10.1. Hon'ble Court may be kind and gracious enough to call for the records of the case from the respondents.
10.2. Hon'ble Court may be kind be pleased to allow the petitioner to access his land Khasra no. 29/1 area of 1.822 hectares and no obstruction should be caused in his access by issuance of appropriate
writ/writs,
order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent authorities.
10.3. Hon'ble Court may be kindly issued a appropriate direction to the respondent no. 2 to 4 to take final decision on the application Annexure P/5 and correct the revenue record of Khasra no. 29 and 29/1 of village Dandgaon of Tahsil Udaypur District Surguja (CG)
10.4. Any other relief/relief's which Hon'ble court may deem fit in the fact s and circumstances of the instant case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application seeking grant of a Nistari route. It is further
3 submitted that the said application has not been objected to by the Sericulture Department and that the Department has issued a No Objection Certificate dated 29.07.2025. However, despite issuance of the said No Objection Certificate, the Nistari route has neither been granted in favour of the petitioner nor have the revenue records been corrected to reflect the land as a Nistari route. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate relief.

Learned counsel for the State submits that, in view of the No Objection Certificate issued by the Sericulture Department and there being no objection from the said Department, the concerned Tahsildar, Udaipur, District Surguja (C.G.), shall consider the petitioner's application and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a stipulated period, preferably within 30 days.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the material available on record, including the documents annexed with the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Tahsildar, Udaipur, District Surguja (C.G.), to take into
consideration the No Objection Certificate issued by the Sericulture Department vide Memo dated 29.07.2025 and to pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, regarding the grant of the Nistari route/land, so as to provide the petitioner access to the
4 land allotted to him under the Forest Rights Act, 2006. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
