Considering the innocuous prayer of the Petitioner in the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1/Sub-Collector, Cuttack Sadar to ensure early disposal of the aforesaid appeals preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
