The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joined hands with other accused threatened the witness in the murder case (defacto complainant’s daughter) and also threatened the defacto complainant. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are nine previous cases are pending against the petitioner, and he is a history- sheeter. Hence, she opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
