Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no steps have been taken in the demarcation proceeding so far. 4. Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Khaira Balasore to dispose of the above referred Demarcation Case Bearing Application filed by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
