Grievance of the petitioner is being third-party intervenor in a proceeding pending before Debts Recovery Tribunal, Kolkata being case No.SA 425 of 2023 petitioner is entitled to get delivery of movable properties lying in the premises in question with the assistance of Advocate Commissioner in terms of the order dated 17th February, 2026 passed by the Tribunal. 3. It is also contended that till date required police assistance is not provided as a result whereof movable properties are not delivered to the petitioner. 4. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 15th July, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Dankuni Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 15th July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 5. It is disclosed in the communication dated 15th July, 2026 as it is communicated by Head Quarters of the concerned Police Commissionerate, necessary police arrangement will be provided to assist the petitioner at an early date. 6. In view of decision taken by the concerned police authorities, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 7. However, this order shall not preclude the police authorities to take steps in accordance with law. 8.
