South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. and others, passed in WPC No.3076 of 2016 dated 11.09.2017. He would contend that in such short span, it is not possible for the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner. He would pray for extension of time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant would oppose. Mr. Kumrani would submit that bi-party order was passed and 45 days’ time was granted to decide the claim of the petitioner. He would further submit that sufficient reasons have not been assigned by the applicants for extension of time. 4. Having considered the submissions made by Mr. Bajpai and reasons assigned in the application, further 30 days’ time is granted to comply with the order dated 12.05.2026 passed in WPS No.3786 of 2022. 5.
