Petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused persons namely, Ravi Kumar Gupta @ Karu in CRM (M) 1201 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is not similarly placed as the other accused persons. Having regard to the same, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Petitioner be released on same terms and conditions as was imposed to Ravi Kumar Gupta @ Karu in CRM (M) 1201 of 2026. 2 Thus, CRM (M) 1398 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
