JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the set of representations vide Annexures – H, N, P and Q respectively, wherein the petitioner has requested to pass an order granting aid in favour of the petitioner in the cadre of Group D employee in respondent No.6 College and direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 authorities to draw and disburse the salary in favour of the petitioner. The respondents have not considered the representations submitted by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and under the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the set of representations vide Annexures - H, N, P, and Q, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
