Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State on the basis of the instruction received on 14.08.2026 from District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran informs this Court that the petitioner who was working as teacher in Madarsa Karimia, Dhaka, East Champaran and has superannuated on 31.10.2011 after attaining the age of 62 years will be paid due amount on account of leave encashment well within a period of one week. 3. Considering the aforesaid information given by the Patna High Court CWJC No.8368 of 2026(3) dt.17-08-2026 2/2 learned State counsel, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran, Motihari must ensure to make payment of leave encashment and other retiral dues, if any, within one week as per his own assurance to the petitioner. 4. In case of inaction on the part of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against him. 5.
