Siliguri Women P.S Case No. 145 of 2022 dated 21.08.2022 under Sections 498A/323/354A/307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Charge Sheet No. 156 of 2022 dated 9th September, 2022 filed before the Learned A.C.J.M., Siliguri on 03.04.2023 under Sections 498A/323/354A/307 of the Indian Penal Code stands quashed. 5.
