In the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent-authorities to issue the khata/mutation in respect of the land in question, contending that the said land has been granted in his favour. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent No. 4 by considering the representation produced at Annexure-G. 4. Taking into consideration the averments made in the representation dated 26.04.2022, at Annexure-G, I am of the opinion that the petitioner shall submit one more representation, along with a copy of the grant order and all other relevant documents, to respondent No. 4. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34757 WP No. 21502 of 2024 5. If such a representation is submitted with the relevant documents, respondent No. 4 shall consider the same, after verifying the original records available in the office, and pass appropriate orders within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law.
