The case of the petitioner is that a Bus Stand is now being constructed in front of the petitioner's building and some other buildings in such a way causing hindrance, disturbance and loss to the petitioner and other building owners. The further grievance of the petitioner is that there is no proper parking facility because of the pole structure erupted by the Chennai Corporation for the bus stand and that there is no proper way / ramp provided for the vehicles to come into the property. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 07.04.2026 and since no action was taken, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, this Court, without expressing anything on merits, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2026 and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy oft his order. 5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
