Learned counsel for applicants would submit that in WPL No. 194 of 2024, one week’s time was granted to rectify the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry vide order dated 22.07.2025 and on account of peremptory order, the said petition was dismissed. He would submit that due to inadvertence, applicants could not rectify the defects. He would submit that applicants are highly interested to pursue the original matter and they are ready to remove the defects. He would pray to restore the petition to its original number. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose. 4. Heard. 5. Having considered submissions made by Mr. Kuldeep and reasons assigned in the application, same is allowed.
