Learned advocate accentuates that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, there is hardly any recovery and the prosecution has manipulated the recovery of 2.6 kg of ganja. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the report which reflects that there are 24 other cases against the present petitioner including three cases under the NDPS Act as well as Fake Currency and Arms Act. Having considered the antecedents of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1451 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
