The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 569 of 2015 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR of committing murder of the brother of the informant and death has occurred in the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
