The learned counsel for the appellant seeks further time to cure the office objections. 2. We note that the appellant has secured an interim order on 21.05.2026 before the vacation court. Notwithstanding the same, the appellant has not cured the office objections. 3. This appeal was listed on 03.06.2026 and the learned counsel for the appellant had sought one week's time to comply with the office objections. In view of the said request, the Court had directed that subject to the office objections being complied with, the appeal be listed today. 4. The appellant has not complied with the office objections even as of date. Final opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to comply with the office objections within a period of one week from date, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed. 6.
