Apparently, the petitioner is a resident of another ward and is espousing the cause of three other wards in the form of the present Public Interest Litigation (PIL), merely on account of the fact that he was earlier elected as President and Vice- President of the said ward as per the counsel for the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that the present petition in the form of Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is not maintainable. If any other voter has any grouse, it is always open to him to espouse the said cause. 4. Accordingly, the present Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is dismissed in limine.
