Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner to put forth his case, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
