In view thereof, I direct the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in line with the Notification No. 164-F(Med)WB dated November 6, 2023 read with clarification by way of Memorandum No. 187-F(Med)WB dated December 26, 2025. The entire process of consideration and passing a reasoned order will be completed by August 31, 2026, with the resultant order thereof duly communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. 4.
