The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 and 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. Earlier, the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 11.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17882 of 2025. 4. Vide order dated 14.05.2026, a report regarding the current stage of trial was called for and accordingly, the same has been received. From perusal of the report, it is apparent that out of five prosecution witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined and summons have been issued against the two witnesses who are yet to be examined. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and advanced stage of trial, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected. 6.
