Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Saraipali is neither allowing the petitioner to join the service at his present place of posting nor disbursing the salary to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner may be allowed to make representation which will be considered in accordance with law. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. Be that as it may, petitioner is allowed to make representation before the competent authority within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order which will be considered by the competent authority within six months from the date of filing of the 3 representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order, absolutely in accordance with law. 5.
